Weekly rentals are preferred with Saturday as the turnover day but will consider other options based on availability ($190/night +9% Maine tax; (monthly rates to be discussed). A security deposit of $150 (will be refunded at end of rental). After we receive the signed agreement (download file for a copy of the agreement) and a deposit of two night rentals plus the security deposit, we will reserve the camp for you. The full remaining amount will be due 6 weeks prior to your arrival. If you need to cancel a full refund of the deposit will be issued 4 weeks prior to arrival.
